Cumbrian Lakes - Good For Everywhere
While we want you to enjoy staying in our house, stay in it all the time if you want too, we suspect that you have come to Florida for the sheer fun of it all. We like where we are because it's the best of all worlds. Near enough to everywhere you would want to go but not so close that you feel that you can't escape from the madding crowd when you want to.
Whilst travel times vary, depending on the season and the time of day, we usually take less than 20 minutes to the gates of Disney, around 30 minutes to Seaworld, Wet and Wild, Universal and International Drive, about an hour to Kennedy and Cocoa Beach and 75 minutes to Busch Gardens (well worth the journey).
And, if you need a 'shoppers-fix' Millenium Mall and Florida Mall are only 30 minutes away with lots of others closer still. For your groceries the nearest Wal.Mart is just 4 miles away and the better quality shops, like Publix and Super Target, are about the same distance.
We have some of the best restaurants in the area within 20 minutes of the house including The Outback, Longhorn and Landry's. Of course you may want to eat in without cooking yourself so we leave you information about a wide range of food delivery companies ranging from Pizza to Chinese and all at very reasonable prices.
